 At American Towelette Riverside Manufacturing we fill a variety of tubes and bottles which have unique shapes and sizes. We offer compatibility testing in order to select the proper bottle material to contain your product.
Our bottle filling lines include capping, of course, and labeling. Lead time on these lines is about one week after receiving all the raw materials. Many of our customers have us fill the same liquid into both towelettes, pouches, sachets and bottles so they can offer a complete line of products to their customers. Filling hand sanitizer gel bottles seems to be a fast growing part of the industry, along with self-tanner spray bottles.
One of our tube filling lines fills lip balm; one of our tube filling lines seals aluminum tubes; and our other tube filling line seals plastic tubes. Lead time on these lines is one to two weeks after receiving all the raw materials. We fill hot or cold creams, lotions and gels.
